The Space Perspective
Short answer: Space Perspective, a Florida company, developed Spaceship Neptune, a pressurized capsule lifted by a hydrogen balloon to about 100,000 feet (30 km), where passengers would see Earth's curvature without rocket G-forces; a trip was planned to last about six hours, at $125,000 a seat.
An uncrewed test flight reached that altitude in September 2024. When this Reel was posted, the company had furloughed most staff; it was evicted from its Titusville base in March 2025 and acquired by Spain's Eos X Space in July 2025. The footage, credited to TheSpacePerspective, shows the balloon launch.
